That’s why we want to become your Invisible Assistant. No personnel or office space cost, no exhausting paperwork. We can take care of all these tasks so that you can do the things only you can do - grow your business!
We come from all over the world and offer our services globally. Our working languages are English, German, Dutch, Spanish, Flemish and French.
Our team is made up of experts with 5+ years experience in Marketing, Social Media, Webdesign and Management, Graphic design and Project Management.

We have a fast assessment process which seamlessly gets us from initial contact to working on your needs. Please go to our process page for more information.
We customise our quotes in order to take into account your budget restraints, time-frames and level of priority.
Needs assessment - You will need to complete the short questionnaire in order to provide us with an idea of how we can help you.
Proposal - We will provide you with a working proposal and estimate based on the rough details from the completed questionnaire. In the event that we need additional clarity on your completed questionnaire, we will contact you directly for more information.
Complimentary consultation - If you are happy with the proposal and estimate, we will schedule a 30-60 minute complimentary consultation (via phone, Skype, Google chat , WhatsApp, FaceTime or face-to-face) to discuss and define the details of your needs and how we can help you. Hereafter you will receive a detailed proposal of works and costing.
Starting - we have a smooth and seamless starting process for new clients, it will feel as though we have always been a part of your team.

How/When do you report on Project status?
Project status is provided through ongoing email and/or telephone updates, and a detailed summary of accomplishments is provided at the end of each month/project.
Who handles my project?
What is your turnaround time for a project?
Turnaround time depends entirely on the complexity and urgency of each project. Please include your requested date of completion when you send us your project details. We will always try to keep to your timeline, If we can't meet your deadline, we won't commit to it before the project begins.
What is the process for submitting work for completion?
You are welcome to email your project(s) to us whenever you wish. If we decide to work together, you will receive comprehensive contact information from us.
What are your operating hours?
We work in Bonn, Germany (Central European Time) with regular hours of 08:00 - 17:00 from Monday to Friday. There are exceptions for "rush" projects or emergencies. Should we be unavailable due to illness or an emergency, there will always be cover from one of our support team.
How do you ensure confidentiality?
There is a detailed confidentiality statement in our Service agreement, and all your information is stored on a separate offline server. We are also happy to sign any confidentiality agreements you provide.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, direct deposits and debit orders (for regular long term contracts)
