We’re a small service agency that supports our clients through tailored solutions according to their needs.

Much like an armour bearer that’s always found at their general’s side, carrying their armour but also standing by them in times of danger. We are the attendant that is by your side, to carry your “armour”, and be in your corner in a fight.

All our services are offered on a retainer basis or specifically project based.



Needs assessment - You will need to complete the short questionnaire in order to provide us with an idea of how we can help you.

Proposal - We will provide you with a working proposal and estimate based on the rough details from the completed questionnaire above under Needs assessment. In the event that we need additional clarity on your completed questionnaire, we will contact you directly for more information.

Complimentary consultation - If you are happy with the proposal and estimate, we will schedule a 30-60 minute complimentary consultation (via phone, Skype, Google chat , WhatsApp, FaceTime or face-to-face) to discuss and define the details of your needs and how we can help you. Hereafter you will receive a detailed proposal of works and costing.

Starting - we have a smooth and seamless starting process for new clients, it will feel as though we have always been a part of your team.



Some questions we've often been asked.

  • How/When do you report on Project status?
    Depending on the scope of your project, status updates are provided through your preferred communication channel - email / telephone / video calls. For larger, more detailed projects we give you visitor access to our project management platform. A detailed summary of accomplishments is provided at the end of each month/project.
  • Who handles my project?
    A project manager handles all initial consultations and major parts of the work. We do have a support team that helps with some of the more routine tasks or specific technical needs, but these happen primarily in the background. In all cases, we maintain 100% oversight, be it design, implementation, co-ordination, communication or management.
  • What is your turnaround time for a project?
    Turnaround time depends entirely on the complexity and urgency of each project, and is negotiated before project begin. Please include your requested date of completion when you send us your project details. We will always try to keep to your timeline, If we can't meet your deadline, we won't commit to it before the project begins.
  • What is the process for sending work you need completed?
    You are welcome to contact us directly, or even better, fill in the work assessment form found under Process. We will get in touch with you to discuss the scope of your needs.
  • What are your operating hours?
    We work in Bonn, Germany (Central European Time) with regular hours of 08:00 - 17:00 from Monday to Friday. There are exceptions for "rush" projects or emergencies. Should we be unavailable due to illness or an emergency, there will always be cover from one of our support team.
  • How do you ensure confidentiality?
    There is a detailed confidentiality statement in our Service agreement, and all your information is stored on a separate offline server with limited access. We are also happy to sign any additional confidentiality agreements you provide.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept PayPal, direct deposits and debit orders (for retainer contracts)
